Everything on this website, in consultations and in workshops is educational and advisory information about credit cards, reward programmes and award travel. It is not financial, investment, tax, credit or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to take on any particular credit product.

No guaranteed outcomes

• Award seat and hotel availability is controlled by airlines, hotels and loyalty programmes. We cannot and do not guarantee that specific award space will be available on your dates.
• Card approval, credit limits, welcome bonuses and eligibility are decided solely by the issuing bank. We do not guarantee approval or any particular offer.
• Programme rules, fees, reward rates and point valuations change often. Always confirm current terms with the bank or programme before acting.

Your decisions and responsibility

You remain responsible for your own financial decisions, applications, spending, bookings and travel documents, and for giving us accurate information when you book. We are not liable for losses arising from your decisions, from changes made by banks or programmes, or from information you did not share with us.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, together with session material, written plans and workshop playbooks, belongs to Di Vacay Klub and is provided for your personal use. Please do not copy, resell, republish or distribute it, and do not record sessions or workshops without written permission.

Payments and refunds

Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Rescheduling, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
