What we collect

We only collect what is needed to answer you and to deliver what you booked.

• Your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
• Booking details: the session or workshop, your preferred date and slot, and your state for invoicing.
• Any notes you choose to share about your cards, spending or travel plans.
• Payment references returned by our payment provider, such as an order or payment ID and the amount paid.
• If you sign in, the email address used for the one-time code.

Why we collect it

Your information is used to schedule and deliver consultations and workshops, confirm and verify payments, send confirmations and the follow-up material you are owed, answer enquiries, send the newsletter if you subscribed, and keep basic records required for accounting and fraud prevention.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it

A small number of service providers process information strictly on our behalf:

• Razorpay processes payments. Card and banking credentials are entered directly with Razorpay — we never see or store your card details.
• Resend delivers transactional email such as booking confirmations.
• Our hosting and database platform stores website data, including bookings, workshop registrations and newsletter sign-ups.
• Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp are used for links and messaging only when you choose to contact us there, under their own terms.

Analytics

This website does not run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking. Our hosting platform records standard technical request data needed to operate and secure the site.

How long we keep it

Booking, workshop and payment records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries and notes are kept only as long as they remain useful for supporting you, and are deleted on request where we are not required to retain them.

Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, and ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it. You may also withdraw consent for newsletters or optional communications at any time.

To make a request, email hello@divacayklub.com from the address you used with us so we can verify the request. We respond within a reasonable period, and we will explain clearly if any part of a request cannot be met.
